Remambo provides a platform that enables users to purchase items from Japanese online stores, auctions, and marketplaces that do not offer international shipping or overseas payment options.

Through the Remambo platform, orders are placed, processed, received at a Japan-based warehouse, and forwarded internationally according to user instructions.
The platform process includes:
- order communication with sellers
- payment processing for auctions and store orders
- receiving items at a Japan-based warehouse
- parcel preparation and consolidation
- international shipment to the customer’s address

Remambo is not responsible for the actions or conduct of third-party sellers, including cases of delayed shipment, incorrect items, or items that do not function as described by the seller.

Remambo also does not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods in transit from Japan or in Japan. In such cases, the claims should be directed to the postal company.

Remambo is not responsible if you bought the wrong item, which is planned under the influence of incorrect automatic translation from Japanese to English.

Automated translation tools are provided for convenience only.
Accuracy of translations cannot be guaranteed, and users are responsible for reviewing item descriptions before placing an order.

We are not responsible for the actions of those to whom you gave the password to your account or who gained unauthorized access to your account through your computer. In our system, the passwords to the accounts of customers are encrypted and are not known even to employees of Remambo.

Remambo operates as a platform that facilitates the purchasing and international delivery process. Responsibility for product quality, authenticity, and fulfillment remains with the original seller and the selected shipping provider, subject to the terms outlined above.

Important Notice:
In the event of disputes involving third parties (sellers, shipping providers, or customs authorities), users agree to resolve such matters in accordance with Remambo’s Terms & Conditions.

This includes refraining from initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers without prior communication through official support channels.
