How does it work?

You will get a cashback for every parcel shipped during the current month.
Your cashback level is determined by the total price of all items shipped in the previous month.
Starting from January 1st, 2025, cashback level is updated on the 1st day of each month, based on the total price of items shipped in the past month:
¥ 20,000 — 0.4%
¥ 50,000 — 0.5%
¥ 100,000 — 0.6%
¥ 200,000 — 0.7%
¥ 500,000 — 1%

The Remambo cashback loyalty program is open to everyone, free of charge, and has been designed to reward consistent use of the service. Here's how to become part of this program:

2) Collect cashback for shipped orders.

Some important notes about your Cashback

1. Cashback is credited to your Remambo purse balance at the moment each international parcel is shipped in the current month.
2. You will be able to see your cashback crediting transactions on the purse balance in your account.
3. Your cashback awards will never expire.
4. You can spend your cashback awards on anything — your next order or international shipping.
5. Cashback Loyalty Program cannot be combined with VIP service tariffs.
