Cashback Loyalty Program

Earn cashback to your Remambo balance with every international shipment.
The more you ship in a month, the higher your rate for the next month.

How does it work?

Cashback is credited to your Remambo balance the moment each international parcel ships. Your rate is based on the previous month's total shipping volume.
Three levels:
¥ 0 — 0.4%
Standard rate, applies to all customers, including the very first shipment.
¥ 50,000 — 0.6%
When previous month's total shipped value reached 50,000 yen.
¥ 500,000 — 1%
When previous month's total shipped value reached 500,000 yen.

What does it look like in practice?

If you ship 80,000 yen worth of items in one calendar month, your rate becomes 0.6% the following month. On a 30,000 yen shipment during that following month, you'll earn 180 yen cashback automatically.

If you reach 500,000 yen monthly volume, your rate jumps to 1%. The same 30,000 yen shipment then earns 300 yen cashback.
There's no minimum to start - every shipment of any size earns 0.4% cashback to your balance.

Notes about your Cashback

1. Cashback is calculated on item value (excluding our commission and shipping fees).
2. Cashback is credited automatically when your international parcel ships. You'll see each crediting transaction on your Remambo purse balance.
3. Cashback never expires.
4. You can spend your cashback on any future order or international shipping fee.
5. Cashback Loyalty Program cannot be combined with VIP service tariffs.
