Deposit (Purse Balance)

If you choose Remambo Deposit purse as your payment method in our service, you will need to have a deposit in your purse for making bids on auctions.

You can add funds to your personal account by PayPal, Credit Cards, TransferWise or Bank Wire Transfer.

When you place a bid on the auction, deposit sum required for this bid is blocked (hold) in your purse (bid amount plus our service fee).

After you win an auction you should pay for it a full winning price plus our service fee immediately. If you have enough money in your purse , auction will be paid automatically from your deposit. If your deposit is not enough, you must make payment from your PayPal account or by credit card.

What if I got outbid?

If you are outbid, the previously blocked amount returns to the purse balance in 5 minutes and you can place bid on any other auction or shopping on Yahoo and Rakuten.

Can I withdraw funds left on my deposit balance?

Yes, you can withdraw funds left on your balance within 60 days from your last payment if you paid with PayPal, or with your credit or debit card (via Stripe). Funds added by other payment methods cannot be withdrawn.

Refund request should be sent from Messages of your account page.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the time of the payment once it has left our area of responsibility. PayPal and Credit Card processing merchants guarantee the return of funds to the card within 30 business days from the date of conclusion of the transaction.
If your original payment was made with a PayPal account balance, the funds will come on immediately after our operator has processed your request.

* During a withdrawal, no Remambo commission fee is taken. However, in some rare cases, the amount of the withdrawal might slightly differ from the amount that you paid when charging funds into your Remambo account. This may happen due to currency fluctuation, your bank system fees, or other various factors that aren't related to Remambo.

* Please also note, that PayPal changed their refund policy and now they do not refund their payment fees.

Withdrawals are made manually, so it may take a couple of work days to process.
