Returns
Items are purchased from third-party Japanese sellers, so we cannot accept returns. For valuable or fragile items we offer Buyer Protection (insurance) and Repacking Service at parcel checkout.
Cancellation
Auction bids cannot be cancelled once placed. Online store orders can be cancelled before the item is purchased on your behalf - please contact support promptly.
