COVID-19: Parcel delays and returns
Due to a decrease in the international air traffic, Japan Post is experiencing significant delays in processing collected parcels. For this reason, we have been informed that tracking for a number of parcels have stopped updating after being collected by postal services.
We are sorry for any inconvenience these postal services may have caused you in slowing down their updating and tracking services. Given the current circumstance, we ask you to offer them your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
In addition, we have been notified that a number of parcels shipped out (predominantly SAL and EMS parcels, shipped to temporarily suspended countries) will be returned back to our warehouse as the postal services were unable to find a way to ship them to your current destination.
As the parcels are returned, we will refund the shipping costs to you once they have been processed. After that, you can either choose to ship them again by shipping methods currently available, or store the parcels at our warehouse until your preferred option is once again available.
